 Dr. Renee E. Sturdivant, is CEO at Fresh Start Outreach Services. Her vision has led to the birthing, development, and preparation of those who face life's many challenges in reaching and fulfilling their God-directed destiny (Redeem, Restore, Revive, Reconcile). 

 Darnell Phillips  currently serves as President  of Board Chairman at Fresh Start Outreach Services. Mr. Phillips is  currently the television host on Demand ROKU, Apple and Fire TV for New Creation Realities Show on the Good Vue App. He is the CEO of Redemption Auto Detailing LLC.

 Lydia Whitaker, currently serves as Vice President of Board Chairwoman at Fresh Start Outreach Services. Ms. Whitaker is a retired Business Manager at the School of Applied Science at William Mary University. 

Dr. Calvin Harris currently serves as a staffing specialist for the Department of Army's internal and external recruitment and placement programs. 

 Janice Houff is CEO at A Place of Caring (an in-home care giver service agency). Ms. Houff also serves as Director at Fresh Start Outreach Service since 2016. 

  Sedric Hill is Founder and President at Sedric Hill Consulting LLC, a business consulting firm located in Irvine, California. 

 Joel Hunt is a Metallurgical Engineer & Educational Instructor/Tutor 

 Alva Johson is a retired Navy Human Resource & Amp; Administrator Manager
