Fresh Start Outreach Service is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals and families overcome barriers created by incarceration, homelessness, unemployment, economic hardship, and other life-altering circumstances.
"We believe that a person's past does not have to determine their future."
Through workforce development, reentry support, occupational skills training, entrepreneurship, financial education, coaching, mentorship, housing stabilization initiatives, and community partnerships, Fresh Start works to provide the structure, resources, relationships, and opportunities people need to rebuild productive and self-sustaining lives.

At Fresh Start Outreach Service, our mission is to Redeem, Restore, Revive, and Reconcile.
Fresh Start Outreach Service’s core 4Rs mission is to:
REDEEM. RESTORE. REVIVE. RECONCILE.
We provide structured support that helps individuals overcome barriers, rediscover purpose, develop marketable skills, strengthen personal responsibility, pursue economic stability, and successfully reconnect with their families and communities.
Our Mission is to create communities where every individual, regardless of past circumstances, incarceration history, socioeconomic barriers, or life adversity, has a fair opportunity for restoration, stability, dignity, workforce participation, and long-term success.
Fresh Start Outreach Service offers structured programs in workforce development, reentry support, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and personal coaching.

We support returning citizens and others rebuilding their lives by addressing barriers that can stand between a person and successful community reintegration

Participants learn foundational business principles, customer service, marketing, pricing, and the steps required to transform skills into sustainable
income.

We provide coaching, mentorship, life-skills development, personal accountability, and non-clinical behavioral-health coaching resources designed to strengthen decision-making & resilience.

Fresh Start is developing initiatives and partnerships focused on transitional housing, housing stability, community reintegration, and the basic support systems necessary for long-term independence

Our financial education programming helps participants understand credit, banking, savings, debt management, financial planning, and long-term economic decision-making.
A job alone does not solve every barrier. A training certificate alone does not rebuild a life. Fresh Start takes a broader approach.
Skills + Opportunity + Accountability + Support + Purpose
Our goal is not simply to help someone get through a program. Our goal is to help each participant identify and pursue a practical next step toward stability, employment, entrepreneurship, continued education, stronger relationships, and long-term self-sufficiency.
