Initial cohort model:
Participants receive hands-on exposure to professional automotive-detailing processes while also developing the workplace behaviors employers and customers expect.

Certificates should be identified according to the issuing organization and training actually completed and should not be represented as state licenses or governmental credentials unless specifically designated as such by the appropriate authority.
Separate specialty courses may be made available outside the core automotive-detailing cohort.
Any training or work involving bloodborne pathogens, regulated waste, hazardous materials, or biohazard remediation must be performed in accordance with applicable training, safety, handling, disposal, and regulatory requirements
Qualified participants may be considered for available employment opportunities based on performance, business needs, qualifications, and fit.
Participants may be introduced or referred to employers and industry opportunities through Fresh Start's expanding network of businesses and community partners.
Participants interested in business ownership are introduced to pricing, marketing, customer acquisition, service profitability, professional standards, and basic business operations.
