Dr. Renee E. Sturdivant is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fresh Start Outreach Service, a distinguished retired United States Army veteran, international ministry leader, counselor, educator, and certified Christian life coach whose service spans more than four decades.

Dr. Sturdivant honorably served 20 years in the United States Army, where the discipline of military leadership converged with an emerging call to ministry. While stationed in Napoli, Italy, she served as Overseer and Founder of an Apostolic church established under the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW). Her work extended beyond the pulpit through evangelism, soul-winning, conferences, Kingdom training, and the development of believers and emerging leaders.

Following her military career, Dr. Sturdivant continued her commitment to transforming lives as a counselor with the Chicago Women’s Treatment Center, serving women affected by substance-use challenges. Her responsibilities included counseling, assessments, case management, social-service coordination, referrals, and connecting individuals with critical community resources.

Her vision subsequently expanded into community Since 2013, Dr. Sturdivant has served as International Prelate of United Kingdom Destiny Ministerial Fellowship of Churches, providing apostolic and missionary leadership across Kenya, Nigeria, Liberia, and Ghana. Through international missions, evangelistic outreach, conferences, ministerial training, and leadership development, she has worked to strengthen churches, equip pastors and ministry leaders, establish Kingdom-focused initiatives, and advance the Gospel across national and cultural boundaries.

Today, through Fresh Start Outreach Service, Dr. Sturdivant continues a lifelong mission of reaching people who have been overlooked, underserved, displaced, or confronted by life-altering circumstances.

Dr. Sturdivant holds a Master of Human Relations, doctoral credentials in Theology and Divinity, and certification as a Professional Certified Christian Life Coach. Her leadership represents a unique convergence of military service, professional counseling, international missions, theological education, executive leadership, and community transformation.

At the heart of that mission are the 4Rs: Restoration, Reconciliation, Rebuilding, and Reentry—a framework dedicated to helping individuals move beyond their past, reclaim their purpose, rebuild their lives, and successfully pursue a Fresh Start
