Dr. Darnell Phillips is President and Executive Director of Fresh Start Outreach Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering returning citizens and underserved individuals through workforce development, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and practical support. Drawing from his own experience of rebuilding his life after 27 years of wrongful incarceration, he leads with resilience, faith, compassion, and a deep commitment to second chances.

He is also the founder and CEO of Redemption Auto Detailing LLC, where professional automotive training is connected with Fresh Start’s broader mission of preparing people for employment, business ownership, and lasting independence.

In addition to his nonprofit and business leadership, Dr. Phillips serves as Pastor of Kingdom Culture Discipleship Training Center and host of the television program New Creation Realities. He holds Bachelor of Theology and Master of Theology degrees and an earned Doctor of Divinity. His work brings together lived experience, spiritual leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service to create pathways from adversity to purpose.
