Connie G. Young serves as the Executive Administrator and Treasurer of Fresh Start Outreach Service, bringing decades of leadership, management, organizational experience, and community service to the organization.

After 39 years of distinguished service with Huntington Ingalls/Newport News Shipbuilding, including 16 years in management as a General Foreman, Connie brings proven experience in administration, accountability, team leadership, organizational compliance, and responsible stewardship to Fresh Start.

Within Fresh Start, Connie plays an integral role in supporting administrative operations, financial accountability, community outreach, and the organization’s mission to strengthen individuals and families. Her compassionate approach to service also extends to counseling, encouragement, mentoring, and assisting individuals as they navigate personal and life challenges.

Connie is equally committed to serving through her local church, where she serves as a Deaconess and provides leadership within the church’s Audio/Visual Ministry. Her ministry reflects a heart for people, a commitment to Christian service, and a desire to use her experience to uplift and strengthen her community.

As Executive Administrator and Treasurer, Connie helps advance Fresh Start’s commitment to responsible stewardship, effective administration, and meaningful service to individuals and families in the community.
