Dr. Renee E. Sturdivant is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fresh Start Outreach Service. A retired United States Army veteran with 20 years of service, Dr. Sturdivant has devoted decades to counseling, ministry, leadership development, family support, education, life coaching, and community outreach.

Following her military service, she worked as a counselor at the Chicago Women’s Treatment Center, supporting women experiencing substance-use challenges through counseling, case management, assessments, social-service coordination, and referrals.

Her community work later expanded into childcare, family support, employment assistance, mentoring, coaching, ministry, and services for underserved populations.

She holds a Master of Human Relations, doctoral credentials in Theology and Divinity, and is a Professional Certified Christian Life Coach. Her leadership remains centered on the 4Rs:
